i really enjoyed my stay at hanza. the room was spacious with a lovely water view, and it had both a bathtub and a coffee maker. the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering fish, vegetarian, and vegan options. i also appreciated the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi for some relaxation. plus, everything is within walking distance, which was super convenient!

The room was very comfortable with a lovely

view of the river. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles every day. However, the soundproofing could use improvement as we were often disturbed by noise from the adjacent rooms.

Check-in felt like a crawl, particularly frustrating after a long journey. Room service left much to be desired, arriving only after a lengthy wait, and it was inconvenient to contact services via phone. The bed situation was odd too—a double room equipped with two single beds, which threw me off. Add to that the thin towels that didn't quite measure up. The minibar selection was just not impressive either, limiting late-night options.

We had an amazing time staying here with friends. The location made exploring the area easy, and we had some fun kayaking adventures. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Don’t miss out on the views from the terrace. Definitely a good choice for a group getaway!
